IAM Technical SME
IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced IAM Technical SME to join one of our top clients. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IAM Technical SME:
- Configure Salesforce and custom Java applications to support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in Okta.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks through collaboration with relevant stakeholders and regression testing.
- Deliver presentations, recorded demonstration videos, standard operating procedures, and desk aids.
- This is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Required Skills for IAM Technical SME:
- Okta certification and proven experience as an Okta technical subject matter expert.
- Strong understanding of SSO and SSO configuration in Okta and Azure AD.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in requirement development and sprint planning.
